Purpose:

Drive profitability across the Midgard ecosystem through smart purchasing, supplier negotiations, and commercial sourcing.

This role is entirely performance-based — your income grows with every verified saving or profit you deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and secure best-value contracts for BMTC, Windsorian Experience, and Aurelia Academy.
Identify resale or margin opportunities within equipment, supplies, and logistics chains.
Present monthly reports showing verified savings and realised profit.
Maintain supplier relationships across the UK and EU while ensuring full compliance and quality.

Compensation:

10 % of verified savings or profit generated — commission only, no fixed salary.
All earnings are tied directly to measurable business impact.
