Purpose:

Drive profitability across the Midgard ecosystem through smart purchasing, supplier negotiations, and commercial sourcing.

This role is entirely performance-based — your income grows with every verified saving or profit you deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and secure best-value contracts for BMTC, Windsorian Experience, and Aurelia Academy.
  • Identify resale or margin opportunities within equipment, supplies, and logistics chains.
  • Present monthly reports showing verified savings and realised profit.
  • Maintain supplier relationships across the UK and EU while ensuring full compliance and quality.

Compensation:

  • 10 % of verified savings or profit generated — commission only, no fixed salary.
  • All earnings are tied directly to measurable business impact.
