Maritime Sales & Accreditation Liaison

Purpose:

Expand the reach of the Minerva Maritime London partnership with BlackSea Maritime Training Center (BMTC) by securing new corporate training contracts and maintaining international accreditations.

This position strengthens commercial ties between BMTC’s accredited training hub in Constanța and global maritime operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and close corporate training agreements with ship-management and maritime service companies.
Represent the Minerva–BMTC alliance in negotiations with accreditation authorities and institutional partners.
Coordinate accreditation renewals and ensure documentation remains compliant and up to date.
Manage ongoing client relationships and support contract renewals.
Report monthly on new contracts, collected revenue, and accreditation milestones.

Compensation:

10 % commission on all new client contract revenue, payable after collection.
No advance or retainer; earnings are based solely on the generated business.
